Ministering to Individuals

"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ" 2 Peter 3:18

Ministering to individuals within the congregation is an ongoing process and is a congregation wide activity. Any time someone has a problem the congregation rallies to their needs through inquiry, comfort and prayer.

The pastor is very much involved in seeing to the spiritual comfort as required by individuals through prayer and visitation.

One of the primary responsibilities of the deacons is ministering to individuals in the time of need. Two of the deacons are designated "prayer deacons" and receive the requests from individuals who may need special prayer attention for themselves or for loved ones and acquaintances.
