Brothers and Sisters!
“One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision: “Do not be afraid; keep on speaking, do not be silent. For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.” So Paul stayed for a year and a half, teaching them the word of God.” Acts 18:9-11

Our Annual Heritage Dinner
“Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving.” Psalm 95:2
Sunday, November 5th, following the 11:00am worship service we shall once again celebrate the first gathering for prayer and worship of Mrs. Moxley in 1802. Although Greenwich was formally founded in 1810, historical documents state Mrs. Moxley began prayer and worship eight years earlier.
Your admission is to bring two dishes to share to our dinner. We have so many blessings to praise and glorify God for at Greenwich Presbyterian Church. Let us celebrate in the Lord by breaking bread together once again at the Heritage Dinner.
A musical program presented by our choirs in the Sanctuary will follow dinner. What better way “to enjoy God and glorify Him forever” than to share a bountiful meal in His name and music in praise to His goodness!

“You are…members of God’s household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by His Spirit.”
Ephesians 2:19-22

2nd Saturday Group
On November 11th, we’ll be On the Road Again with our version of Antique Roadshow III. We will begin our evening with a pot luck dinner followed by our antique critique.
All items will be judged on the basis of oldest, most unusual and most unidentifiable (and yes, some things are quite unidentifiable). Another category will be for family/sentimental items. So look around for your most beloved, precious and unusual items, and plan to join us in the fun.
We will meet in Fellowship Hall at 6:00pm, and we ask that you bring a salad, main course, or a dessert.
Please call Angela Neal at 703.754.7665 to coordinate dishes.

“Then God said to Noah and to his sons with him: “I now establish my covenant with you and with your descendants after you and with every living creature that was with you – the birds, the livestock and all the wild animals, all those that came out of the ark with you – every living creature on the earth. I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood: never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth.” Genesis 9:8-11
