Celebration of the Lord’s Supper –We will celebrate the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper Sunday at the first two services, 8:15 am, & 9:30 am.
Mission Food Collection - For the Month of March, we are collecting every Sunday. All food items will be taken to SERVE to replenish their food closet. Thank you for your support.
House! No, not the TV Show, but a Community Meeting— Sunday, March 5, Sanctuary, meet with Austin House, Missionary to Burma & Thailand. Learn about the issues in these countries. VBS Volunteer Kick-off Luncheon Rescheduled for Sunday, March 5 at 12:00 pm—You are invited to come and begin planning for a wonderful week of Vacation Bible School ... Caribbean Style. We'd love to have you join us! It will be short and sweet as we gather as children of God to plan for a special week. Lunch will be provided.

We are looking for talent here at Greenwich for our annual show. Last year was a joy for all who attended. You will never find a better audience than the church Family of Greenwich Presbyterian Church.

Talent Show - Susan Polk is lining up talent offerings. Call her at home, leave a message if need be, at 703-754-9347. Last year we had our blue grass band, a barbershop quartet, a ladies group singing songs from the fifties, vocal soloists, instrumental solos and duos. You name it and we will appreciate it.
Circle 2 – Meets Thursday, March 9 at 7:00 PM at the home of Beth Uhler (6084 Kirkland Drive, Warrenton). Call Beth at 540-249-1692 if you need directions. All women welcome. Please join us for our lesson and refreshments.
Greenwich Softball Team— Dust off the bats & gloves and join in the fellowship of softball with other Christian athletes. All ages (must be 16), all skill levels, and co ed. Sign up sheet located on the bulletin board by the office. Organizational mtg. Mar. 12 following 11:00 worship, choir room. Contact Jesse Spittle 703-753-9421.

Strikes for SERVE, March 11 Bowl America in Manassas: Sign-Up by Sunday, March 5 to be on a team for the Bowl-A-Thon to benefit SERVE. Congregational Meeting— March 19, 10:40am in the Sanctuary. The session has called a Congregational meeting for the purpose of electing the 2006 Congregational Nominating Committee.
Sacraments Class - Begins March 8. Come and learn about Baptism and Communion. Wednesdays, 6:30 – 7:30 pm (during Pastor Meeks’ class) during the Lenten season. National Geographic Magazines needed- Are you looking to get rid of those old National Geographic Magazines? If so, contact Joy Yates. We will be doing a travel study and will be cutting out maps and pictures.
Summer Mission Trip July 22-28—GPC Mission Committee is excited to announce a mission to West Virginia for adults & high school youth. Mark your calendars & begin prayerfully discerning if God is calling you to take part.

Preschool Registration—The Preschool is taking registrations for the 2006-2007 school year. Children must be potty trained and 3 years of age by Sept. 30, 2006.
Spring Cleaning…Early?? When you begin that fun task of spring-cleaning, remember the Children’s Ministry here at Greenwich! Donation items: -Bath robes (all sizes) Fabric material or old bed sheets (for costumes (headwear) ) -White flat bed sheets (any size) Questions? Eyeglasses Recycling – We are beginning a Glasses Recycling Program! Please consider donating your used glasses (sunglasses, reading glasses) to the Lions Recycling for Sight collection box located on the table outside the church office.
