Celebration of the Lord’s Supper –We will celebrate the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper January 1, 2006 at the first two services, 8:15am and 9:30am
Congratulations!
- Congratulations to Stephen and Shamaine upon the birth of their daughter, Katherine Joan King, on Wednesday, December 28 at 9:30pm! Proud sisters are Madeleine and Michal.
Funeral Services for Katherine Mayhugh were held here at the church, with a reception by the Greenwich Women’s Circles.
Heartfelt Thanks to everyone who came to lend their hearts and hands to help with the Salvation Army Stocking Stuffing and Toyland Distribution to the inner-city DC families. It is a wonderful experience that helps us to focus on the true meaning of Christmas and the many blessings we have. Nancy Pittman

The class is open to all ages and will be held Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 7:30 pm in the church Fellowship Hall. Childcare will be available, at no charge. The class will last one hour and consist of lecture and discussion. The purpose of the class is twofold: to increase our understanding of God’s Word so that we can live more faithfully as followers of Jesus Christ, and to provide a way to get to know other members and friends of the Greenwich church family. The first topic of study will be an overview of the whole bible, including the major sections and themes of both the Old and New Testaments. Class participants will be encouraged to read the book 30 Days to Understanding the Bible by Max Anders as a supplement to the class. Don will have copies of the book for purchase ($11.55) at the first class on Wednesday, January 18. For more information, or to reserve a copy of 30 Days to Understanding the Bible, please contact Don at gpcdonmeeks@comcast.net or 703-754-7933.
