Announcements
GPW Fall Gathering — Saturday, October 22, announcing the Greenwich Presbyterian Women’s group for their annual Fall Gathering. Contact Julie Lahann at 703.754.4521.
8 Great Dates —Beginning October 22, 5:30-8:30 pm, we will begin a program called “8 Great Dates” for couples one Saturday a month. Child care is provided for you here at the church, and you are free to create your own evening after a brief discussion time. Pizza dinner for the children. It’s not too late to register at the church, 703.754.7933! Come join us!
Faith Village Sunday School— Calling all K-6th graders—Come join us each Sunday at 9:30am! Today, we begin our new rotation entitled, “Out of Egypt”. We invite you to join us as we study the life of Moses through movies, art, science projects and even cooking!
Bible Presentation—On Sunday, October 23rd, we will be presenting Bibles to children in 3rd grade through 7th grade. All children receiving Bibles should be at the 11 o’clock Worship Service for the presentation. We invite these children to join us on Sunday, Oct. 30th and Sunday, Nov. 6th at 11:00 am for a Bible Class. This will be a time to “get acquainted” with their new Bible and learn how to interactively use their Bible. There will be a class for grades 3-5 in the choir room, and a class for 6th/7th graders in the Jr. High room. Questions? Contact Joy Yates at the church, 703.754.7933.

Heritage Sunday - Mark your calendars for November 6, 2005, when we will celebrate our annual
Heritage Sunday. We will share the Lord’s Supper at all three Sunday services and a pot luck
congregational dinner at 5:30pm. Please bring 2 dishes to share. This year, we will honor the work of
the women of Greenwich Church. We will, once again, have the chance to honor the past and those
whose work has enabled us to continue serving God here at Greenwich.
Home Communion – Home communion is available for all those shut in and home bound. Please call the church at 703.754.7933 to make arrangements and we will gladly come to you.
Worship Sermon on multimedia – Please contact the church office if you would like to arrange for a copy of a sermon. This ministry is just starting out in order to assist those home bound or those who have missed worship with us. Please contact Mark Beran if you are interested in recording the audio portions and assisting in recording.
