Eric Beckman – Associate Pastor

Background: Prior to accepting the call to Greenwich in 2007, Eric served as a youth minister and an interim pastor in his home state of North Carolina. Eric and his wife Becky spend most of their free time chasing their two boys.

Education: BS in Family and Child Development from Virginia Tech; MDiv from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC

Vision for Ministry: To proclaim the message of new life in Jesus Christ and encourage the church to respond to God’s call in mission to the world.

Relevant Verses:  

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!  All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them.  And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.  We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God.”  2 Corinthians 5:17-20
